N-Type TOPCon technology (mono)

N-type technology utilizes phosphorus-doped monocrystalline cells (182x91 mm), where electrons are the majority carriers, providing higher module efficiency (up to 22.5%) and better performance at high temperatures than P-type cells.

In P-type cells, boron-doped silicon is more susceptible to light-induced degradation (LID) and boron-oxygen complex recombination, while N-type cells in these lightweight modules (5.5 kg/m²) are less susceptible, allowing them to maintain power output closer to their initial value and justifying low annual warranty depreciations (0.4–0.55%/year, ≥84.8–89.4% after 25 years).

The higher carrier lifetime in the N-type gives the potential for cell efficiency >26%, and in these models this is supported by high-transmission tempered glass, which reduces optical losses and lowers the LCOE in lightweight roof modules.

Lead-free

The modules we offer are completely lead-free. This is achieved because our manufacturer has abandoned traditional soldering in favor of an innovative conductive foil.

This makes the panels not only easier and less expensive to recycle but also environmentally friendly.
